By placing an order, you have agreed to pay for the goods at the prices shown, as well as any stated delivery charges. We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and it is being processed, but this is not to confirm that we have accepted your offer to purchase from our website.
Once dispatched, you will receive a notification letting you know that the order is on its way to you. Then and only then will a contract between you and Tasha M Campbell exist and the contract be considered accepted and complete.
We will strive to fulfil every order. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you using the details you provided. In the unlikely event of your ordered product being out of stock, we will offer you an exchange or refund.
All goods are listed in Pounds Sterling with VAT included at the standard UK rate. We currently use Stripe and Paypal to process your payments through Big Cartel.

We make every effort to describe and price goods accurately.
Any inaccuracies are unintentional, and we apologise if this affects your order in any way.
We reserve the right to amend errors or update information at any time without notice. We may cancel or refuse any orders of incorrectly priced items, in this instance, a full refund will be given if payment has been taken.
We aim to use high quality images that show our products as best as possible. Please be aware, that the colours seen by you may vary depending on the device (and its settings), that the image is being viewed on.
Rights and Use
All works that are displayed in the shop are the creation of Tasha M Campbell and should not be copied, reproduced, used or modified without my knowledge and agreement. The purchase of any print or original painting or piece of work does not transfer reproduction rights. All images/work are by and belong to Tasha M Campbell. Unauthorised copies of work are prohibited and where necessary, action will be taken.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of goods to cancel your order of any non-personalised goods. Pease contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the return of your item(s).
Delivery and Returns
We aim to process and post your order as soon as possible; however, we do rely on third parties to deliver your package, which is why we send everything where possible tracked for peace of mind for both parties. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by either Royal Mail or couriers we use but will endeavour to keep you up to date with any issues. Please bear in mind that during busier seasons, orders may take a little longer to arrive, so please be sure to order in time.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, this includes items that have been purposefully damaged in order to gain a refund.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Promos and Discounts
From time to time we will offer promos and discounts. Should the terms and conditions of these promos and discounts be misused or abused, we reserve the right to terminate your order.
