Dougie Jones - Twin Peaks Inspired Embroidery Hoop Art

Twin Peaks character hoop for Dougie.

25 years laters when Special Agent Dale Cooper is released from the Black Lodge, he ends up in Las Vegas in Dougie, Dougie ends up returned to the Black Lodge but Coop isn't quite released back into the real world yet and is literally stuck inside Dougie's body and has to find his way back, during that he ends up setting right 'Dougie's' wrongs.

All these pieces are inspired by the new series of Twin Peaks. TP is definitely one of my favourite TV shows of all time, I've watched the first two series countless number of times but I was so excited when the new series was announced. I loved watching Kyle MacLachlan play three versions of Coop

This piece measures 6 inch /15 cm in diameter. the outer hoop has been painted red a recurring colour throughout the series. This piece has been hand stitched onto a pre printed cotton fabric backed with iron on facing to make it more stable and backed with a thick sturdy felt but should still be handled with care.

This was one of the first hoops I did and there was some staining caused by a transfer pen which has been covered over with white thread, it is only noticeable upon close inspection but this has been taking into consideration when pricing. This was one of the first hoops I did and there was some staining caused by a transfer pen which has been covered over with white thread, it is only noticeable upon close inspection but this has been taking into consideration when pricing.
